STALEY Robert Eugene

76, a 37 year employee of Breeders Supply, husband of Brenda Tipton Staley, died Mon, Sep 26, at Hospice Care Center. He was born Oct 22, 1934 in Lexington, son of the late Albert and Elizabeth Baine Staley, attended Lafayette High School and was a deacon at Gardenside Christian Church. He is also survived by four daughters, Joan Florian, Lexington, Donna Crowe, California, Rushell (Stoney) Blair, Lancaster, Cassandra Cobbs, Lexington; two stepsons, Timmy Hill, Cynthiana, Anthony (Mary) Hill, Lexington; two brothers, John (Beverly) Staley, Lexington, Tommy (Patsy) Staley, Nicholasville; a sister, Mildred Parr, Lexington; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11am Fri, Sep 30, at Gardenside Christian Church by Rev. Charles Delaney with burial in Old Union Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8pm Thu at the church. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass or Gardenside Christian Church.
